i)Post Graduate degree/diploma in any discipline or equivalent, preferably in MBA(Human Resource Management) from renowed institute/University with a working knowledge of Mizo and English. ii) Basic knowledge of computer application equivalent to Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) or Diploma in Computer Application/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution Minimum of 3 years work experience in Development sector with Government/Non Government Organization.Candidate should be able to use Microsoft Office 2003-2010.Applicants should be between 25-35 years as on 1st January, 2019 |
