MzSRLM recognize the issue of drudgery related to women in farm operations. So, the mission conducted exposure and field demonstration training of Custom Hiring Centre tools for 46 VO members. The uniqueness of the CHC’s promoted by the DAY-NRLM is the CHC’s are initiated and managed by Community based Organization for sustainability. It is based on the local needs of the women farmers with an intention to reduce drudgery.
