MzSRLM want to increase its pool of resource persons with relevant experience and expertise in poverty reduction and livelihoods for organising state, district and block level training program for mission staff, resource persons, line department and community level cadres. As mandated by DAY-NRLM, farm livelihoods staff undergoes State Resource Person (SRP) training on Sustainable Agriculture and Livestock conducted by NIRD, Guwahati. At the end of the training, the participants appeared for exam and grading was given based on their performance.
