Roles and responsibilities of Agriculture Community Resource Person :
- CRP’s will work under the supervision of mission staff.
- CRP’s must participate in entire training programme organized by the mission throughout the project duration.
- CRP’s would organize meetings and trainings at village level.
- CRP’s have to motivate the farmers to adopt Sustainable Agriculture methods in their fields.
- Conduct farmer field school regularly with the women farmers.
- Makes regular visits to the farm of poor households for handholding and troubleshooting.
- Monitors the adoption of the different practices and provides feedback.
- CRP’s will report status of Mahila Kisan Farmer Card to VO meeting every month.
- Document the local best practices/case studies in the area.
- CRP’s will keep all record at village level related to MKSP.
- CRP’s should make a visit to atleast 10 Mahila Kisans per month or as per the direction given by the mission from time to time.
- For the purpose of making Monthly Performance Report, the CRP should not visit same Mahila Kisan until she visited all Mahila Kisan under her cover area.
- CRP should submit her monthly report to VO every month. A copy of the report has to be submitted to BDO office on or before 5th of the month succeeding every month.
- MzSRLM has developed task based payment system for all the cadres. So, CRPs will receive her monthly honorarium based on the task perform by her from VO.
Roles and responsibilities of Livestock Community Resource Person :
- CRP’s will work under the supervision of mission staff.
- CRP’s must participate in entire training programmes organized by the mission throughout the project duration.
- CRP’s would organize meetings and trainings related to livestock farming at village leve
- Raise awareness of poultry, piggery, goatery, mithun and dairy farming on improved management practices.
- Provide timely and affordable door to door preventive health care and first aid services in consultation with Veterinary Doctor.
- Document the local best practices/case studies in the area.
- CRP’s will report status of Mahila Kisan Farmer Card to VO meeting every month.
- Regular field visit to assess productivity, health conditions and provide knowledge on improved management to small livestock farmers.
- Attend farrowing process in sow and maintain hygiene and sanitation.
- Conduct disease outspread surveillance and refer acute cases for treatment to veterinary hospitals/rural animal health centre.
- CRP’s will keep all record at village level related to MKS
- CRP’s should make a visit to atleast 10 livestock farmers per month or as per the direction given by mission from time to time.
- For the purpose of making Monthly Performance Report, the CRP should not visit same livestock farmer until she visit all livestock farmers under her cover area.
